2. What this site does not do

This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking services. Fonts and all other assets are served from our own domain; no third-party requests are made when you view a page.

3. Hosting and server logs

This site is hosted by Hostinger International Ltd., 61 Lordou Vironos Street, 6023 Larnaca, Cyprus, in a data centre in the European Union ([location, e.g. Netherlands]). When you access the site, the web server automatically processes the IP address of the requesting device, date and time, the requested URL, the referring URL, browser type and version, and the operating system. This is necessary to deliver the site and to ensure its security and stability. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. Server logs are deleted after [14] days at the latest. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the hosting provider.

4. Constraint Audit form

If you request an audit via the form, we process the information you enter: name, company, role, email address, website (optional), your answers to the questions about your company, and the time of submission. The data is transmitted to us by email and used exclusively to prepare and conduct the audit and to contact you about it. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) and Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in responding to inquiries). We retain the data for as long as necessary to handle your request; if no business relationship follows, it is deleted after [12] months. Statutory retention obligations remain unaffected. The form contains a hidden field that is used solely to detect automated submissions; no data is stored for this purpose.

5. Email contact

If you contact us by email, we process your email address and the content of your message to handle your request. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) or (f) GDPR.

6. Recipients

We do not sell or share your data. Recipients are only our hosting provider (see section 3) and our email provider, each bound by a data processing agreement. No data is transferred to countries outside the EU/EEA unless you have been informed otherwise.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing based on Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (Art. 21). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR), for example the data protection authority of the German federal state in which we are based.
